Refund & Returns Policy

At Cha In Cafe 茶颖, all beverages are freshly handcrafted to order. Due to the nature of fresh food & drinks, all sales are final once preparation has begun.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will only be considered for:

  • Preparation error — item received differs from the order placed.
  • Missing item — an item paid for was not provided.
  • Product defect — clear, verifiable quality issue at the time of pickup.

Not eligible: taste preference, personal expectations, change of mind, or requests made after preparation.

2. Reporting Timeframe

All issues must be reported immediately upon pickup/delivery or within 1 hour of receiving your order. Claims beyond this timeframe will not be entertained, as drinks are perishable and quality cannot be verified later.

3. Delivery Orders

  • Once an order leaves our outlet and is handed to the delivery provider (e.g., Grab, Foodpanda, in‑house rider), Cha In Cafe bears no responsibility for spillage, temperature changes, delays, or mishandling.
  • Any disputes regarding late or mishandled delivery should be directed to the relevant delivery platform.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued only as store credit or voucher for future purchases.
  • Cash refunds are not available, except where required by law.

5. Non‑Refundable Items

  • Customized beverages, special promotions, free gifts, and vouchers.
  • Allergic reactions or dietary issues — customers must review product descriptions and allergen notes before ordering.

6. How to Report an Issue

  1. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email (see Contact Us).
  2. Provide order ID/receipt and clear photos of the issue (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.

7. Final Decision

All refund or replacement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Cha In Cafe management.
